Meet The Pastors
Pastor J.R. Vance is the Senior Pastor of Oasis Christian Tabernacle and resides in Bidwell, Ohio with his wife, Bethany, and their son Josiah.
Together, they have served in ministry for over 20 years, and have been pastoring for 16 years, dedicating their lives to winning souls for the Kingdom of God.
Pastor J.R. received a vision from God that this area needed an Oasis. Oasis Christian Tabernacle was established in October 2010 and has continued to grow, expanding beyond its original facility and thriving in its current location.
Pastors J.R. and Bethany Vance are Holy-Ghost filled ministers, preaching with old-time anointing for today's generation. They have appeared on TBN and hosted a local TBN sharathon.
They are believing for signs, wonders, and miracles, and warmly invite you and your family to join us at Oasis Christian Tabernacle.

Ministries
Fisher's of Men is a Bible & prayer based men's fellowship covenant group that meet once a month. This group also work to spread the gospel of Jesus and impact the community by helping those in need.
Oasis Women of Refuge is a faith believing & prayer centered women's fellowship group that meet once a month. Our mission is to bring hope to the lost, healing to the broken, and deliverance to the captive.
Food & Clothing Pantry is a ministry that provide food, clothing, and hygiene products to those in need. This ministry also provides a free meal during giveaway hours.
Prayer Meeting is every Saturday morning A 10:00 am. We mee to pray over needs, upcoming services, our nation, etc.
Women's Book Study is every Monday evening. We meet up to discuss a specific book. Once we finish a book, another book is selected.
Restoring Hope Recovery is a ministry where those who are struggling with addiction, trauma, etc. come together and take a biblical approach to find the deliverance and healing that they need. They meet every other Thursday. Check the church Facebook page for exact date.
Children's Ministry
Kingdom Kids is a group of children that meet at the beginning of service to have their own praise & worship experience as well as learning the Word of God, and having fun.
Chose Generation Youth Meet Sunday mornings after worship. We are training up our youth to lead and impact this generation and generations to come, with power from the Holy ghost!
Class Age Range:
Nursery: 0-3
Middle Class: 4-9
Chosen Generation Youth: 10 and up.
* You may drop your child(ren) off to class 10-15 minutes before service begins.

Oasis Christian Tabernacle was birthed in 2010 when God gave Pastor J.R. the vision that this area needed an Oasis.
Our Vision Statement
The church that I see is a church of influence. A church so large in size that the city and nation cannot ignore it. A church growing so quickly that buildings cannot contain the increase. A church whose heartfelt praise and worship touches Heaven and changes earth; worship that influences the praises of people throughout the earth, exalting Christ with powerful songs of faith and hope.
I see a church whose altars are constantly filled with repentant sinners responding to Christ's call to salvation.
Yes, the Church that I see is so desperate on the Holy Spirit that nothing will stop it nr stand against it; a Church whose people are unified, praying, and full of God's Spirit. The Church that I see has a message so clear that lives are changed forever and potential is fulfilled through the power of His Word; a message beamed to the people of the earth through their television screens.
I see a Church so compassionate that people are drawn from impossible situations into a loving and friendly circle of hope, where answers are found, and acceptance is given.
I see people so Kingdom-minded that they will count whatever the cost to pay whatever the price to see revival sweep this land!
The Church that I see is a church committed to raising, training, and empowering a leadership generation to reap the end-time harvest, and all its ministries are consumed with this goal.
I see a Church whose head is Jesus, whose help is the Holy Spirit, and whose focus is the Great Commission.
